Job summary

REAL ALLOY is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor with responsibilities as the Maintenance Planner at our secondary metal processing plant in Wabash, Indiana. This role will guide the maintenance team by determining predictive maintenance, scheduling of work orders, and ordering material for maintenance projects throughout the plant.

This is a Monday-Friday day shift position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent plus 5–8 years related experience.
• 5+ years industrial experience including planning and supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with hourly union mechanics.
• Procure materials and kitting parts for projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, governmental policies and Real Alloy policies.
