Motion & Control Enterprises is seeking a ParkerStore Associate — Hose, Fittings & Fluid Power in Wixom, MI. This full-time role focuses on helping customers select the right hoses and fittings and coordinating with sales teams.

Responsibilities include order processing, quotes, site visits, and CRM logging. The position requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping manifests, packing lists, and shipping lists.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software and CRM.
• Basic math and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, email, and telephone customers to identify hoses, fittings, tubing, and couplings.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work with store manager, outside sales, and manufacturers; visit customer sites as needed.
• Follow up on quotes and orders via phone, email, or in person.
• Promote the store through marketing efforts and customer outreach.
• Log activities and opportunities in CRM.
