Job summary

RitterTech ParkerStore in MI Wixom is seeking a Store Associate to help customers with hoses, fittings, and fluid power products. You will assemble hose assemblies, process quotes and orders in Profit 21, and maintain inventory while representing the store to customers in the field.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to build product knowledge in fluid power. The role is full-time and based at the Wixom MI store.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping manifests, packing lists, and shipping lists.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn Profit 21 and CRM.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, email, and telephone customers in selecting hoses, fittings, tubing, and couplings.
• Troubleshoot needs and recommend product solutions; follow up on quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with store manager, outside sales, and manufacturers; visit customer sites as needed.
• Process quotes and orders in Profit 21; manage inventory and CRM records.
• Fabricate hose assemblies and maintain product knowledge in Parker fluid power.
