Job summary

RitterTech ParkerStore in Wixom, MI is seeking a Store Associate for Hose, Fittings & Fluid Power. The role involves helping customers identify the right hoses and fittings, crimping assemblies, processing quotes and orders in Profit 21, and managing inventory to keep customers up and running.

You will work with the store team to service industrial customers, troubleshoot needs, and participate in marketing and outreach efforts. A hands-on, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, email, and telephone customers in identifying hoses, fittings, tubing, and couplings for industrial and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend the right product solutions.
• Work with store manager, outside sales team, and vendor reps, including on-site visits, delivering product, and maintaining customer inventories.
