• 1–3 years of experience/internship in GC/CM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems.
• Knowledge of Procore or Prolog preferred.

• Assist project team with scheduling, buyout, estimating, and document control.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and log updates.
• Support project cost tracking and closeout activities.
• Coordinate self-perform and subcontractor scopes with field supervision.
• Prepare letters of intent and purchase orders.
