Job summary

Dow is hiring a Senior Health & Safety Technician for the East Texas Hub in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on implementing H&S management systems, providing IH and H&S services, and supporting site safety initiatives across Sabine River Operations and Beaumont sites.

The role requires high school completion with additional education or 3+ years EH&S or industrial manufacturing experience, and eligibility to work in the U.S. TWIC may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with multiple qualification paths.
• Associates degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years EH&S experience or 3+ years in industrial manufacturing environment.
• U.S. work eligibility; TWIC card preferred or eligible.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize EH&S programs using established work processes and standards.
• Be plant resource for IH and H&S information, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis for H&S events and related investigations.
• Develop and deliver training to drive site H&S knowledge and compliance.
• Support MOC processes for H&S standards and ensure timely closure.
