Job summary

FUCHS PETROLUB SE in Bucyrus, OH is seeking a Smart Services Technical Coordinator to maintain client fluids, run safety reviews, and drive data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with customer teams, manage inventory, input daily data, and participate in quality audits, with hands-on tasks like sampling and lift truck work as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree and/or Supervisory Certification in an Industrial or Laboratory Field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, blueprints, safety manuals and write routine reports or customer correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems while working with site personnel and customers.
  • Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and document daily meetings with customer team to review safety initiatives, potential noncompliance, daily team objectives and individual roles.
  • Maintain inventory of chemical products and place order requisitions based on consumption trends.
  • Input data daily and generate performance reports.
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, outliers and corrective actions.
  • Communicate actively with customers, the team and other stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive improvement projects based on trends and data analysis.
  • Participate in Quality Audits with Support Personnel as well as assist/follow up in completion of Audit/Corrective Actions.
  • Be able to occasionally perform hands-on work as required including sampling, testing, lift truck operation, etc.

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $27 - $29/hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services (FSS) team, you will be part of a driven community focused on providing our customers with world-class solutions that help push our customers forward. The FUCHS Smart Services Technical Coordinator in Bucyrus, OH, is responsible for the care and maintenance of our client’s industrial fluids including coolants, wash and other fluids.
