Pay Range

$20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services team, you will care for and maintain our clients’ industrial fluids, including coolants, wash, and other fluids. Your day‑to‑day duties include:

• Operating and performing routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes and system cleanings.
• Inputting data daily and generating performance reports.
• Handling materials, operating lift trucks, and moving drums and totes.
• Making fluid corrections as needed based on testing results in the absence of the site leader.
• Following procedures and adhering to all customer and safety requirements.
• Participating in daily communication meetings with the site supervisor and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 4‑8 hours daily.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate the internet and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous forklift experience is desired.
