Job summary

Hardig Industrial in Cincinnati is immediately hiring an experienced Estimator / Project Manager responsible for managing jobs from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have project management experience in the commercial/industrial construction sector, preferably in industrial flooring.

Responsibilities include developing estimates, leading projects, and collaborating with teams. Hardig Industrial offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k matching program.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience in commercial / industrial construction (industrial flooring preferred).
• Ability to review bid packages and drawings.
• Experience managing projects, budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review take-offs, drawings and bid packages to develop estimates and proposals.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Lead projects from start up through completion ensuring scope, quality, timing and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, field teams, vendors and customers.
• Track project performance through costs, WIP reporting and budgeting.

Skills

Project Management experience in commercial / industrial construction
