The State Group is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee quotations and field estimates for industrial projects. Based in Cleveland, OH, this role focuses on managing admin work and direct labor while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in industrial construction.
• Two-year degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with estimating software and ERP purchasing.
• OSHA Construction Training.
• MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Scheduling experience is a plus.
• Time management and multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to team and customers.
• Embrace challenges and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Recognize, handle, and process incoming requests for quotations and information.
• Spend the majority of time preparing estimates and working in the field.
• Manage administrative and direct labor while overseeing projects.
• Interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender activities.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Manage and mitigate risks.
• Comply with State Group's standards and procedures.
