Job summary

ESFM USA in Robstown, TX is seeking a Full‑time Floor Technician to maintain and restore hard surface floors and operate industrial floor care equipment. The role reports to the facilities team and offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with a pay range of $16.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, equipment operation, and carpet care. Candidates should have prior floor care experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs;

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Conduct maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by manager.
