Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a Floor Technician at our Daytona Beach, FL location. The role involves floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment to keep facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities include hard-surface floor maintenance, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and applying proper procedures across floor types. Some lifting and physical work are required; multiple shifts available with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
