Job summary

ESFM is looking for a Floor Technician to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment in El Paso, TX. The role requires knowledge of hard-surface floor care, carpet cleaning, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The job runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, with a pay rate of $14.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must know how to use floor cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstering cleaning and extraction tasks.
• Carry out maintenance/restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
