Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fire services, prevention and protection systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary.
• Experience overseeing contractors or construction-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all fire protection and life safety systems throughout the facility.
• Conduct routine visual inspections of fire prevention and fire suppression systems.
• Support compliance with fire and life safety regulations.
• Assist with emergency preparedness planning and response activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fire protection and life safety matters.
• Monitor construction and renovation projects impacting fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with fire and life safety requirements.
• Partner with facilities personnel on maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
