Qualifications

• Experience leading fire protection, emergency response, or industrial fire brigade operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, fire codes, and emergency management principles.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, post orders, and training programs.
• Experience conducting inspections, maintaining compliance records, and supporting regulatory audits.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain fire prevention and life safety programs for the facility.
• Create, update, and audit inspection records for fire protection systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and applicable codes.
• Coordinate emergency planning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead training programs and drills for emergency response personnel.
• Collaborate with Safety, Facilities, Environmental, Security, and Operations leadership.
