Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Structural Construction: Build/repair structures using wood, plywood and wallboard.
• Blueprint & Layout Execution: Read blueprints and perform simple layouts.
• Structural Fabrication: Replace doors and build walls or stairs as needed.
• Tool Proficiency: Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment.
• Professional Painting & Coating: Prepare surfaces and apply coatings and primers.
