Job summary

Structured Trades in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Commercial Finish Carpenter to join our team on projects throughout the Austin area. You will deliver high-quality finishes in commercial settings, reading blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precise installations.

The role requires independent work as well as teamwork, with responsibilities including installing cabinetry, millwork, FRP panels, and toilet room accessories, and coordinating with site supervisors to maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial finish carpenter.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess hand and power tools.
• Osha 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and finish casework, cabinetry, and architectural millwork.
• Install FRP (fiberglass reinforced panels).
• Install TRA's (Toilet room accessories).
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedules.
