Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints to plan layout and materials required.
• Shape or cut materials to measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and ramps above ground level.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow safety rules/regulations.
• Verify trueness of structures, set grade, and check for plumb.
• Mix, transfer and finish concrete; place and finish concrete.
• Replace doors, walls and build stairs as needed.
• Maintain records and report progress.
