Carlton Industrial Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain and repair industrial weighing equipment, calibrate devices, and install systems to keep customers' operations safe and productive.

You will work in the field, drive a company service vehicle, and travel up to 25% to CIS territories. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to document service notes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT/customer requirements.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on industrial weighing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete service calls safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers on what you find and what's next.
• Document your work (service notes, time, and results).
• Identify and address safety risks on job sites.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Support team and customer needs as they come up.
