Job summary

Carlton Industrial Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to keep customers' industrial weighing equipment running safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll be the person customers count on when something needs fixing, calibrating, or installing—and the one who helps them avoid costly downtime.

This role involves independent fieldwork and building real relationships with customers, contributing to safe and productive operations across CIS territories with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT/customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on industrial weighing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in the field.
• Complete service calls safely and efficiently and document results.
