Job summary
Carlton Industrial Solutions in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead service technicians and perform hands-on calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial weighing equipment, ensuring safe and quality job delivery.
You will drive daily field operations, coordinate technician scheduling, mentor staff, uphold CIS quality standards, and ensure compliance with weights and measures regulations while delivering excellent customer
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of industrial field service experience.
- Proven leadership or mentoring of technicians.
- Experience calibrating and servicing industrial weighing equipment.
- CDL or ability to obtain one; OSHA forklift certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership to Service Technicians in the field.
- Perform calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation tasks.
- Coach technicians on safety, quality, and customer interactions.
- Maintain service schedules and ensure timely work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain certifications and licenses including CDL when applicable.
