Job summary

Core Industrial Maintenance LLC seeks an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead skilled tradespeople across diverse environments and customer sites. The role requires welding proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel for project support.

The candidate will supervise disassembly/reassembly, installation of conveyors and shafting, and interpretation of blueprints. OSHA training and Millwright background are advantages; safety and precision are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in a field service setting preferred.
• TIG welding experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 Training or Certification.
• Millwright experience or training preferred.
• Pipefitting experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or complete equipment disassembly and reassembly.
• Construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails.
• Determine machines, techniques and tools for moving equipment and completing jobs.
• Use rigging equipment and cranes to position large pieces.
• Take precise measurements with calipers and other instruments.
• Work with hand tools, welding and brazing equipment.
