Crystal Clean, a leading environmental services company, seeks a Branch Sales Manager to expand our manufacturing-sector business across new and existing sites. You will sell parts washers and services, drive revenue growth, and handle interim branch leadership with a company car allowance.

The role requires strong communication, customer development skills, and a track record in industrial sales, with a focus on safety and DOT compliance. Excellent benefits accompany earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred (CC sales preferred).
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work behaviors in line with CC guidelines.
• Develop new business and strengthen customer relationships in assigned area.
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts to grow revenue.
• Present CC products and services to customers and assess needs.
• Perform interim managerial duties as needed.
• Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing activities.
• Support field sales reps in acquiring new accounts.
• Maintain accurate and neat paperwork and compliance with DOT rules.
• Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
