Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to grow CC’s business at manufacturing sites, focusing on parts washers and environmental services. You will sell to facilities ranging from small to mid-size industrial and automotive repair shops, with a provided car allowance for travel to client sites.

The role emphasizes expanding branch sales, building new business, and leading in interim periods as needed, with compensation comprising base, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Sales experience preferred (CC sales preferred).
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Aufgaben

• Promote safe work behaviors and maintain safety guidelines across sites.
• Develop new business and manage customer service within the assigned geographic area.
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Perform interim managerial duties as needed.
• Conduct field tests and sampling of various waste streams at customer sites.
• Generate sales leads for Data-Marketing.
• Assist field sales reps with new customer accounts.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
• Follow corporate policies and standards including EHS, HR, facilities, equipment, operations and maintenance.
