Job summary

IPC is seeking a proven industrial B2B salesperson to drive new business for premium-priced pallets and related industrial products. You will target plant operations and purchasing managers, focusing on why quality and on-time delivery justify a higher price.

Role requires 3+ years in industrial B2B sales, a history of closing deals, and willingness to travel within IN, IL, KY and OH. Lafayette area base with in-office presence up to twice a week.

Qualifications

• Must have prior success selling a premium-priced industrial product to plant operations and purchasing managers.
• Excels at finding and closing new business.
• Requires at least 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Experience with packaging, corrugated, pallets, industrial supplies, or 3PL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium-priced industrial products to manufacturers and distributors.
• Generate and close new business rather than relying on leads.
• Coordinate with leadership and be in frequent team meetings.
• Territory includes IN, IL, KY and OH, with Lafayette/Indianapolis area access.
