EIS Legacy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist – eCommerce to learn all aspects of the sales and service process and help customers navigate the redesigned site. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work to support online customers.
You will handle orders, manage accounts, assist with self-service tools, and provide feedback to improve the online experience. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for success.
Job Description: Summary: EIS is growing its presence on the internet. We've redesigned the company site to become a self-service hub, but most of our customers still don't know the great news! We need digitally savvy, customer-focused professionals who can help our customers learn about the new site. The Customer Service Specialist – eCommerce is responsible for learning all aspects of the sales and customer service process to provide support and assistance. Come and grow with us!
This position requires a hybrid schedule; three days in office, during assigned work hours.
This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills are required.
