Maintain safe and environmentally correct practices and procedures by adhering to all Company SOPsProvide training for all tank technician and office personnel at the facility Provide tank technician with daily tasks during shift changesConduct daily weekly and detailed quarterly safety audit of the facility Conduct documented monthly safety meetingsMaintain building grounds and equipment by arranging for regularly scheduled maintenance utilizing lead personnel and getting quotes andor approval on corrective maintenanceProvide input on an annual basis regarding capital expenditure projects for the facilityMaintain regulatory compliance reporting in accordance with federal state agencies or local municipalitiesMaintain waste logs prepare drums for and complete shipments of waste off siteHire discipline reward and terminate employees in accordance with current corporate policyAssist in the sales effort to increase revenues by seeking new revenue opportunities and maintaining tight cost controls by using corporate authorized vendors minimizing overtime conserving assets and proper management techniquesOther duties as assigned
At least 2 years of experience managing P&LHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred3 years of management experienceExperience managing a team in chemical manufacturing transportation or similar industryHas had responsibility for safety performance and EHS complianceHas experience in a customer facing customer service roleHas worked in a harsher environment temperature industrial outdoorExceptional verbal written and interpersonal communication skillsMechanical aptitudeComfortable working in a variety of computer systems and technology
