Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Facility Manager in the daily operations of the service center. This role also covers duties in the absence of the Facility Manager.

You will lead safety adherence, schedule planning, and ensure on-time, quality completion of jobs while training Shift Leaders and technicians. You will coordinate resources, manage contingencies, and interface with customers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months related experience, or a combination of higher education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems and maintain safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in daily service center operations.
• Set schedules based on daily customer demand.
• Ensure on-time job completion with quality standards.
• Train Shift Leaders and technicians as needed.
• Distribute and direct work to employees.
• Monitor housekeeping in cleaning area.
• Maintain knowledge of contingency plan for the facility.
• RCRA duties include assisting in the administration and supervision of all areas of Residual Management.
• Controls supplies, chemicals, cleaning agents and utilities.
• Conducts activities related to waste and water management.
• Communicates with customers to ensure deadline compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
