Job summary

IEM in San Antonio is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, and common spaces while following safety and environmental standards. The position is based temporarily in NE San Antonio during our new plant startup, with a permanent location about 25 minutes away at Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235.

This is an in-office role with no remote option. The role includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable team player with start-up mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in production areas, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, and offices.
• Dust surfaces and wipe down furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
