Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Facilities Technician to maintain and repair building systems and equipment across manufacturing facilities in the United States. You will troubleshoot conveyors and packaging machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support installs and parts ordering.

The role requires reading blueprints and operating industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, with an emphasis on safety and compliance. Shift is 5:00AM–1:30PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2–5 years in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work all shifts with short-notice overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment (conveyors, stretch wrappers, carton erectors).
• Perform general and preventive maintenance on building, grounds, office, and warehouse equipment; may include cleaning and lubrication.
• Assist with equipment installs, complete work orders, order materials/parts for repairs, maintain clean work areas.
• Participate in all plant safety/accident prevention programs and follow safe work practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
