Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Evidence of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with AAON or Trane is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain rooftop units 40-ton+.
• Maintain chilled water systems: chillers, pumps, air handlers.
• Test systems with gauges and meters for performance.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, charging, leak detection; keep logs.
• Execute PM schedules for RTUs, chillers, towers.
• Identify potential failures and recommend actions.
