Job summary

Gregory Packaging, Inc. in Newnan, GA is seeking a Facilities Technician to join the Maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining building and utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, boilers, ammonia system, and wastewater.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs, manage vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with LOTO and CMMS work orders, while contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of facilities maintenance or repair experience in commercial/industrial setting.
• Experience with steam boilers and air compressors.
• Experience using CMMS, including writing and editing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility inspections and maintain building, grounds, and retention pond.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair building and utility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, ammonia system, wastewater).
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment and systems operational.
• Troubleshoot equipment, make repairs, and perform calibrations.
• Repair and maintain facility components, including light carpentry.
• Write, update, and complete work orders in CMMS and maintain records.
