Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer/Engineering Manager in Germantown, WI to lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams. You will drive productivity improvements, apply lean and Six Sigma methods, and partner with Product Engineering to resolve production issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering, a Lean/Green Belt, 12+ years supervisory experience, and strong data analysis and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Lean manufacturing expertise with Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 12+ years of supervisory manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead downtime, quality, or safety issue investigations using BOMs and specifications.
• Oversee NPD process implementation, scheduling, layout, and lean principles.
• Review SPC, PFMEA, and QA tools to improve KPIs and processes.
• Coordinate budget, capital plans, and productivity initiatives with cross-functional teams.
