Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with fabrication maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, modifies, designs, lays out, or fabricates (with or without blueprints).
• Cuts, fits, and welds metal using gas and electric welding equipment; performs skilled brazing and soldering; and uses machines like power saws, grinders, and drills.
• Interpret prints, drawings, plans, or job write-ups and apply fabrication techniques to complete projects.
• Assist mechanics in production repairs/installation, and removal of equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Special projects/duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor.
