Job summary

Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, Nevada is seeking a Painter to paint high-reach equipment and parts. You will mix and apply single stage industrial paint using HVLP spray guns with the PPS 2.0 system, prepare surfaces with DA sanders and sandblasters, and mask/off electrical wires and hydraulic lines.

Qualifications

• Ability to mix paints based on temperature and humidity.
• Proficient in masking and surface preparation, and using sanding tools.

Responsibilities

• Mix paint and additives based on temperature and humidity.
• Adjust HVLP nozzles and paint mixes for proper flow and coating thickness.
• Operate heavy equipment to access areas to be painted.
• Inspect final paint work for flaws and correct causes.
• Mask off electrical wires, hydraulic lines, and non-painted components.
• Prepare surfaces with sanding, grinding, and removal of old paint or decals.
