Surge Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team in Minden, NV. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work safely in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying industrial coatings, following paint specifications, inspecting finishes, and keeping tools and areas clean.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and prepping.
• Apply industrial coatings and paint using appropriate equipment.
• Follow paint specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for proper coverage and finish.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties related to industrial painting as needed.
