Qualifications

• Experience or training in welding, electrical or mechanical repair, and refrigeration or hydraulics.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, or adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
• Consult with engineers and vendors; troubleshoot equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and company/government safety requirements.
• Support team initiatives and participate in meetings to improve processes.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and LEAN principles.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.
• Handle lifting and physical tasks; operate in varied conditions.
