Job summary

Amneal is seeking a maintenance technician to keep production equipment operating efficiently in a Jersey manufacturing environment. The role includes repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical/PLC work, and handling manuals and safety procedures.

The position interfaces with management and production supervision to meet goals, trains maintenance personnel, and maintains manuals and warranties. Requires a High School/GED and vocational training; 3+ years in machine/equipment repair preferred.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance to ensure cost-effective maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Repair equipment, utilities and systems as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and PLC work; determine required materials and tools.
