Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, filters and other components
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, piping, machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and blueprints
• Operate and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
• Record maintenance and repair work and costs
