Qualifications

• BS degree required or comparable industry experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in equipment finance and leasing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across teams.
• Advanced pricing and program structure skills; use of HP and T-Value preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new relationships to drive incremental sales and margins.
• Maintain and grow current relationships to meet sales objectives and enhance vendor loyalty.
• Facilitate the transaction process from origination through funding using a consultative selling approach.
