Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance, engineering, EH&S, or related industrial discipline.
• Experience in chemical/petrochemical or manufacturing settings.
• Ability to review and interpret P&IDs.
• Advanced Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• On-site work in Hahnville, LA.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance programs and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain environmental reports, records, and tracking tools.
• Collect, analyze, validate, and document environmental data for plant operations.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting templates and checklists.
• Review P&IDs to support compliance initiatives and equipment verification.
• Assist with air emissions compliance and regulatory implementation activities.
• Coordinate waste compliance activities, including waste characterization and shipment records.
• Support environmental audits, investigations, corrective actions, and improvement projects.
• Conduct occasional plant walkdowns to verify equipment and data.
• Coordinate with environmental specialists and operations to resolve issues.
• Assist with Health & Safety tasks as needed.
