The role requires 3+ years in EH&S within chemical/industrial settings, strong P&ID interpretation, and expertise in BWON/NESHAP/LDAR. Expect cross‑functional collaboration with operations and engineering teams and occasional field walkdowns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EH&S experience in chemical plant or heavy industry.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment lists.
• Knowledge of federal/state environmental standards (NESHAP, BWON, Title V, LDAR, RCRA).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to wear PPE and perform field walkdowns in active units.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs and environmental reporting.
• Coordinate waste characterization and RCRA records management.
• Support EMS and plant procedures; maintain environmental operating procedures.
• Review P&IDs and perform field verification to confirm emissions points.
• Assist audits, data management, and cross-functional health and safety projects.
