Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation, a world leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Haslet, TX to optimize time studies, methods analysis, and line balancing across production lines. You will develop standard work, analyze productivity, and support plant layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
The role requires 8+ years of industrial engineering experience, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 8+ years of experience supporting industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Conducts time studies, methods analysis and line-balancing data collection.
- Develops and maintains standard work, labor standards, capacity data and visual aids.
- Supports development of plant layouts and material-flow diagrams.
- Collects, analyzes and reports productivity and efficiency data.
- Identifies process-improvement opportunities and supports kaizen events.
- Supports line launches, rebalancing and headcount modeling.
- Provides guidance to less-experienced technicians and operators on standard work.
