Job summary

UPS is seeking an Engineering Development Program participant who will advance into an Industrial Engineering Supervisor role. The 4-month training blends classroom, self-paced, on-the-job learning, and a structured support network to build skills in process optimization and project delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to deploy best practices, lead large project implementations, and train teams on new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management/Research
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units
