Job summary
Confidential Careers in Boston seeks an experienced Project Manager, Industrial Engineering, to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a greenfield manufacturing launch. You will drive capacity studies, line design, equipment installation, and ramp-up, coordinating across engineering, facilities, quality, and operations to meet aggressive timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering with launches.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs.
- Experience with greenfield facilities and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IE programs from concept through production launch.
- Develop integrated project plans, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
- Drive capacity planning, line design, and material flow models.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness reviews.
- Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement.
- Provide governance with KPI dashboards and RAID logs.
- Support PFEP integration and safety/compliance.
