Jabil in Florence, KY seeks an Industrial Engineering NPI Trainer II to design and deliver training on New Product Introduction processes. You will create modules, run sessions on the production floor, and measure effectiveness to continuously improve programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IE, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Program Management, and requires staying current with lean principles and Jabil methodologies. Onsite shift patterns apply.

Qualifications

• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
• High School Diploma Required (GED Accepted)
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and update training modules for NPI processes including flow, line balancing, time studies, capacity planning, and lean principles.
• Provide engaging training sessions for manufacturing engineers, operators, supervisors, and other stakeholders on the floor or in classrooms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics; continuously improve programs as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with IE, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to identify gaps and create targeted NPI solutions.
• Offer hands-on coaching during NPI launches and support adherence to processes and problem-solving.
• Stay current with industry practices and Jabil's NPI methodologies to keep content relevant.
• Develop and maintain robust training documentation systems with outlines, presentations, exercises, and forms.
• Act as SME for NPI industrial engineering principles and guidance to teams.
