Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineering NPI Trainer II for Florence, KY (Building 200). This role develops and delivers NPI training, coaching teams on lean methods, time studies and line balancing to drive efficient propagation of new products.

You will partner with IE, Manufacturing, Operations and PM teams, current industry practices, and Jabil methodologies to ensure robust training content, measurements and continuous improvement across launches.

Qualifications

• Experience developing/training technical programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of lean, time studies, process mapping, line balancing and capacity planning.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and industrial engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training modules for NPI processes and methods.
• Deliver training to engineers, operators, supervisors and others on the floor or classroom.
• Assess training effectiveness and improve programs based on results.
• Collaborate with IE, Manufacturing, Operations, and PM teams to close training gaps.
• Provide hands-on coaching during NPI launches and problem-solving support.
• Stay current with industry practices and Jabil methodologies.
• Maintain a robust training documentation system.
• Serve as SME for NPI industrial engineering principles.
