Job summary

This position supports mission-critical projects in the Defense Industry and requires U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or applicable Master's degree.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Capacity Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations using process flows and value stream maps.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma principles for efficiency improvements.
