Raytheon is seeking a Sr Industrial Engineer to support the Sensors portfolio of factories in Portsmouth, RI. The role focuses on maximizing throughput, improving efficiency, and delivering value to the customer in a secure DoD environment.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, manpower planning, factory layout, line balancing, simulation, and process mapping. Candidates should have STEM experience and lean/Six Sigma knowledge; clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with relevant experience.
• Experience with capacity/constraint analysis and CAD-based factory layouts.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing best practices.
