Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions company, is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager for its Florence, Kentucky site. The role focuses on planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems to ensure performance, reliability, and cost control.

You will lead global and regional IE strategies, coach engineers, recruit talent, and drive continuous improvements across the site while maintaining schedule adherence and quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Production Engineering is required.
• MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and communicate global and regional IE strategies.
• Coach, mentor and train IE staff on site.
• Recruit and retain IE talent within the site.
• Report and drive site improvements via key IE metrics.
• Standardize processes and site configurations (e.g., SAP, MES, IEDB).
• Develop site process flow charts and forecast based on data.
